This water soluble cleansing oil is used in combination with the Phytoactives for the specific skin type. Soothing Hy-Oil is an intensive bi-phase cleanser designed to enhance sebum production. With plant oil ingredients the skin is left feeling soft and smooth. Directions: Smooth Cleansing Hy-Oil over well-dried skin. Massage into skin with moistened fingertips until a milky emulsion is formed. Rinse off with plenty of water.
