Murad Post-Acne Spot Lightening Gel has a patented scientifically proven formula that lightens unwanted discoloration. Hydroquinone fades post-acne spots and freckles. AHAs exfoliate to restore clarity and tone. Licorice and Allantoin alleviate irritation and inflammation. Murad Post-Acne Spot Lightening Gel lightens dark spots in the skin, such as freckles, age and liver spots, or pigment in the skin that may occur in pregnancy or from the use of oral contraceptives. Directions: Use every evening after cleansing and toning, massage a thin layer over face, neck, chest and hands. For optimal results, follow with Murad Oil-Free Sunblock SPF 30 for day or Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion at night. Adults apply a small amount as a thin layer on affected area in the evening, or use as directed by a doctor. If no improvement is seen after 3 months of treatment, use of the product should be discontinued. Lightening effect of this product may not be noticeable when used on very dark skin. For children under 12 years of age, do not use unless directed by a doctor. Sun exposure should be limited by using a sunscreen agent, a sun blocking agent, or protective clothing to cover bleached skin when using and after using this product in order to prevent darkening from reoccurring.
